Are you a patient and dedicated Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding 1:1 role in Key Stage 2? The Role
* Full-time 1:1 Teaching Assistant role supporting a pupil in Year 5
* Providing individualised academic, social, and emotional support
* Supporting the class teacher with classroom routines where appropriate
* Helping the pupil stay focused, engaged, and confident in their learning
* Implementing strategies and interventions as guided by the SENCo and class teacher
* Supporting the childs independence, resilience, and positive behaviour for learning
* Contributing to a calm, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
This Role Would Suit
* Experienced TAs, LSAs, or Learning Support Practitioners with KS2 experience
* Candidates with experience supporting pupils with additional needs (SEND)
* Calm, patient, and nurturing individuals who build positive relationships
* Those looking for a meaningful 1:1 role within a supportive primary school setting
