About the role
Are you a well-qualified, experienced Learning Support professional who can lead on the coordination of our EHCP processes within the Learning Support team? In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, chairing and administering annual reviews of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
You will work closely within the Learning Support team, alongside Learning Support Specialists and Practitioners as well as curriculum and support staff to gather and collate information regarding students’ special educational needs, progress and specialist provision.
About the person
You will have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and experience of supporting people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, as well as the ability to demonstrate excellent administration and organisational skills.
You will be a positive and dynamic individual, confident at working under pressure to meet deadlines with strong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively within a large and busy team.
Candidates may offer skills and experiences suitable for a proportion of role or the total 37 hours per week.
