Product Owner (Salesforce Field Service)
Location: Hull, open to UK-wide relocation.
Overview
You will act as the voice of the business and end users, shaping the team’s workload to ensure the right improvements are delivered at the right time across the Field Service platform. You will support the onboarding of a Salesforce Field Service product and manage ongoing improvements.
Responsibilities
* Act as the conduit between field teams, internal stakeholders, third‑party suppliers, and delivery teams.
* Gather and analyse requirements from field service operations, from scheduling and dispatch to mobile execution and service completion.
* Identify where Salesforce Field Service can add value and work closely with IT to deliver solutions.
* Manage backlog, prioritise competing user groups, and drive progress with urgency and accountability.
* Communicate openly, push back when needed, and ensure stakeholder expectations are met.
* Support a large programme of work and liaise with external suppliers and internal teams.
Qualifications
* Strong functional and operational knowledge of Field Service, not just a technical focus.
* Experience with Salesforce Field Service and related mobile applications.
* Prior role as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Junior Product Owner, Salesforce Consultant, or in an operational environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Ability to prioritise, handle competing priorities, and drive progress across multiple user groups.
* Mid‑level or experienced junior candidate who can be mentored and developed.
