Key Responsibilities of the Grounds Maintenance Operative: Carry out grass cutting using strimmers, pedestrian mowers, and ride-on mowers with trailers (full training provided). Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of all sites Operate, maintain, and care for vehicles and equipment Perform hedge cutting, shrub and border maintenance, pruning, and leaf clearance Undertake landscaping and environmental improvement works, including turfing, seeding, and planting Work safely at all times, complying with health and safety regulations and company policies Requirements of the Grounds Maintenance Operative: Ideally looking for gardening/landscaping experience. Full UK driving licence to get to site. Experience with ride-on mowers, strimmers, and hedge cutters is an advantage but not essential. Competent and confident in towing a trailer is an advantage. Health and safety awareness through training and experience. Good interpersonal skills and ability to follow instructions. be comfortable with manual work in all weather conditions.
