You'll play a vital role in all aspects of Project and Programme Management on Transformational Programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad. We specialise in all aspects of the Water sector and deliver water services into sectors such as Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, and Education. We provide industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, adding value through client-side support and construction phases. Your Purpose:
1. Project / programme management of delivery across UK and international project lifecycles: feasibility studies, front-end to detailed design (including Design and Build), and construction support.
2. Supporting the project technical team in successful delivery to meet targets such as programme, budget, and quality.
3. Preparing briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
4. Working closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
5. Adhering to quality assurance standards in design.
6. Preparing all necessary project reports and plans, both internally and externally, as required.
7. Degree qualified, member of a professional institution (MAPM, CMI, etc.).
8. Practical experience in project management within water/wastewater infrastructure or non-infrastructure projects.
9. Experience in project management of design delivery, including multidisciplinary and Design and Build design.
10. Experience with scope definition papers, project execution plans, risk registers, change control logs, and stakeholder management plans.
11. Experience with Design and Build projects and bid delivery in the water and/or wastewater engineering sector. International experience is beneficial but not essential.
