We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Appointed Representatives & Partners team in our Glasgow office. This will be a maternity cover position.
You will manage a client base of partners which include vehicle finance brokers. The vehicle finance brokers introduce business to Fleet Alliance and are managed in accordance with the company objectives of unit and income achievement while providing an overall sales and administration role. The role also provides a link to manage general enquiries between our clients and our Finance partners.
What will I be doing
* Propose all finance applications directly to the finance house.
* Maximise all income opportunities.
* Work in conjunction with the Head of department to monitor and maintain set business income, units and commercial targets.
* Manage and maximise all renewal opportunities.
* Highlight tactical campaign and trends to our clients in conjunction with the Sales Manager.
* Provide support to other members of the department where required.
* Work closely with sales support on all areas of Partner and Appointed Representative business.
* Working closely with the nominated sales support person to provide a complete service package to all clients.
* Monitoring sales performance, service levels and processing procedures with a view to enhancing all areas where possible.
What Will I Need To Succeed
* Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
* Sales experience.
* Time management skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills with both internal and external clients.
* Attention to detail is essential.
* Methodical and computer literate.
