Job Title: SEN Tutor

Salary: £20 - £25 Per hour
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor to join our team in Leatherhead, Surrey. As an SEN Tutor, you will be responsible for providing specialised support and guidance to students with special educational needs.
Job Duties:
* Develop individualised learning plans for students with SEN
* Deliver tailored lessons to meet the unique needs of each student
* Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning
* Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
Required Qualifications:
* Experience working with students with special educational needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong understanding of SEN practises and legislation
Education:
A degree in Education or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with SEN students
Knowledge and Skills:
* Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learning needs
* Familiarity with assistive technology and resources for SEN students
* Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Experience working in a similar role within a school setting
Working Conditions:
This position is temporary and part-time, requiring flexibility in working hours. The role involves working closely with students, teachers, and parents in an educational setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
