As a Meetings and Events (ME) Operations Manager and Head of Department, you'll be keeping the ME operation running like clockwork and leading your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. If you're our ideal ME Operations Manager, you will:

* Be yourself
* Be a vibrant host for customers and an expert in recognising their needs- customer retention is a crucial part of this role
* Be hands on and visible in the operation with the ability to lead and multi-task
* Keep the details in mind- you'll take ownership for ensuring the hotel facilities and equipment are well-maintained
* Have great communication skills- it's important to establish relationships with organisers, and other departments within the hotel
* Ensure that staffing levels are adequate for upcoming events

Off the M69, this modern hotel is 6.9 miles from Nuneaton and 9.8 miles from Bosworth Battlefield Heritage Centre. The stylish rooms have contemporary furnishings and decor, and come with free Wi-Fi and TVs, while suites add separate lounge areas. 24-hour room service is available. Breakfast is provided (surcharge), and there are multiple other dining options including a sports bar, a bistro with an outdoor terrace, and a conservatory restaurant serving a modern European menu.
