We are seeking dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join this passionate team and make a real difference in the lives of young people with additional needs.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support the educational, emotional, and social development of pupils under the guidance of the SENCo and teaching staff.
Work 1:1 and with small groups to help students overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
Promote positive behaviour and engagement through restorative practices and solution-focused approaches.
