Job description
The Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting the effective planning, coordination, and administration of inspection activity across HM Inspectors of Education (HMIE). This role ensures that inspection programmes are delivered efficiently, aligned with strategic priorities, and supported by robust operational systems. The postholder will lead a team responsible for inspection logistics, administration, scheduling, data management, and stakeholder liaison, enabling HMIE to deliver high-quality inspections across Scotland.
