Overview
We are seeking a structural technician with a few years of experience in a structural Revit role for building structures and a desire for a new challenge. This role involves working on RIBA Stage 1 & 2 projects across a wide variety of large building schemes. You'll join the Civil & Structural Engineering division of a well‑established, highly reputable property consultancy with a history of over 100 years. Responsibilities include assisting the Senior Revit Technician, delivering from the Revit side, and collaborating on steel and RC projects.
Responsibilities
* Assist with project delivery from the Revit side for RIBA Stage 1 & 2 projects.
* Collaborate with the Senior Revit Technician on steel and reinforced concrete schemes.
* Work across a range of building types, including defence, industrial, residential, police, garden centres, schools and mid‑rise concrete frames.
* Ensure designs meet client and regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams including architecture, MEP, surveying, sustainability and masterplanning.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Revit for building structures.
* Experience with RIBA Stage 1 and 2 projects.
* Strong design approach, forward‑thinking, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication and liaison skills.
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
