Main duties of the job
As Commercial Administrator, you will play a vital rolein the administration and co-ordination of Respect and CAMS-Care UK training.This role involves managing training logistics, maintaining accurate records,and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Beyond the coreadministrative duties, the post holder will contribute to the refinement ofadministrative processes, support quality assurance, and generate key reports.The role requires a high level of proficiency in Excel and MS Teams, exceptionalorganisational capabilities, and a proactive approach to ensuring the seamlessexecution of training initiatives and the delivery of a high-quality service.

Job responsibilities
1. TrainingAdministration:
Coordinateand schedule CAMS training sessions, workshops, and events, ensuring meticulousplanning and attention to detail.
Managetraining applications, registrations, and cancellations for both Respect andCAMS, ensuring efficient processing and careful handling of sensitiveinformation.
Prepare anddistribute training materials for CAMS, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Maintainaccurate records of training attendance and evaluation data for both Respectand CAMS, utilising relevant systems (e.g., Learning Management Systems / OLM).
Ensure theeffective implementation and completion of the Quality Assurance (QA) processfor Respect training, and work with the bank administrator to ensure the QAprocess is followed.
Generateaccurate and timely reports and statistics on training activity for bothRespect and CAMS, utilising strong Excel skills.
2. General AdministrativeSupport:
Collaboratewith the Respect Team Administrator to manage team diaries, trainer schedules,and meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
Raiseinvoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation in accordance withfinance procedures for CAMS (and Respect when required), ensuring accuracy andadherence to deadlines.
Maintain andupdate electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring information is easilyaccessible while adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
Prepare anddistribute correspondence, minutes, and other documents, with a commitment toaccuracy and professionalism.
Assist withthe development and maintenance of training-related web pages and intranetcontent for both Respect and CAMS.
Utilise MSTeams for file sharing, communication, and collaborative working.
CoverRespect Team Administrator duties when requested.
Any otherreasonable duties in connection with the work of the Team.
3.Communication and Customer Service (Respect & CAMS):
Deal withinitial enquiries relating to both Respect and CAMS training, providing timely,accurate, and professional information via phone and email.
Maintaineffective communication with trainers, participants, and other stakeholdersacross both training areas, utilising MS Teams for efficient collaboration.
Provideexcellent customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience forall involved in training activities for both Respect and CAMS.
Deal withsensitive information in a highly confidential manner.
4. DataManagement (Respect & CAMS):
Ensureaccurate data entry and record-keeping in accordance with GDPR guidelines,utilising strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Maintain andupdate spreadsheets related to training activities for both Respect and CAMS,ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Assist withthe collection and analysis of training feedback for both training streams,utilising Excel for data manipulation and presentation.
Preparequarterly update reports for British Institute of Learning Disabilities (BILD)
Work incollaboration with the Respect Team Administrator to ensure data is consistent.
Adhere toall Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
5. AdditionalResponsibilities:

Person Specification
Qualifications
* GCSE (or equivalent) English and Mathematics at grade C/4 or above.
* Minimum RSA or OCR Level 3 typing/word processing or equivalent.
Knowledge
* Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality principles, and the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
* Knowledge of effective administration processes (co-ordination, scheduling, record management, reporting etc).
* Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion principles.
Additional Criteria
* Resilience, composure under pressure, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
* The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Experience
* Proven administrative experience with strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Teams with a high standard of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in a training/education environment
* Experience of using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
