Role: ICT Business Partner - Public Sector
Location: Hybrid - WFH plus travel to Thames valley counties 2 days per week.

The Role (summary):
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders, understand IT requirements, document business cases, collaborate with technical architects, and evaluate outcomes.
* Identify and document gaps/business needs.
* Promote ICT technology roadmap awareness.
* Check information Governance, Assurance, Accessibility.
* Understand project and lifecycle costs.
* Coordinate with Technical Architects on High Level Design.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* 3-4+ years in ICT Business Process Mapping / Business Partnering roles, preferably in Public Sector (Local, Central Government, or Policing).
* Excellent stakeholder relationship skills.
* ITIL v3 or v4 certification (BRMP desirable).
* Strong focus on User Experience and User Journey.
* Effective communication skills.
* Experience with ICT costs and solutions for efficiency and benefits.
* Energy and stakeholder engagement skills.
* UK driving license and willingness to travel up to 2/3 times weekly.
* 5+ years UK residency for security vetting.
Note: Demonstrate residence and work in the UK for the last 5 years for security clearance.
