Territory: East and West Midlands, and Wales
Salary & Benefits: £40-50k base (negotiable) + £24k commission (uncapped with accelerators for overperformance), car allowance, and exceptional benefits.
About the Role
As a Medical Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for promoting and selling a comprehensive range of respiratory products – predominantly capital equipment.
The majority of your sales will be hospital-based (70–80%), engaging with clinical professionals and respiratory specialists. You will also work with community healthcare providers and liaise with clinical procurement teams, developing persuasive health-economic arguments to support your proposals.
This is a target-driven, home-based role requiring extensive travel and occasional overnight stays. You will manage a mix of new business and account management, navigating complex NHS procurement processes to deliver revenue and margin targets.
About You
We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in medical device or healthcare sales, ideally with:
* 1–2 years’ experience selling capital solutions into hospitals
* Experience managing complex, long-term sales cycles
* Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
