Are you an Order Management Specialist looking to join a leading organisation and make a significant impact?\n\nWe have a 12-month fixed-term contract that offers a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to thrive. You will be instrumental in supporting the Order Management team across all areas of the business.\n\nResponsibilities :\n\nManage order validation processes, including PO checks, holds, aging orders, order line releases, and corrections.\nWork with customers to improve the accuracy of order form data.\nHelp set up and maintain a ticketing system for Order Management.\nSupport quote creation, invoicing, and general order administration.\nOffer guidance on order management tasks and resolve intricate order issues.\nParticipate in efforts to refine and improve the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.\n\nSkills :\n\nHighly organised with strong analytical abilities.\nExtremely detail-oriented.\nDemonstrated ability to prioritise work and handle multiple assignments.\nSkilled in using Microsoft Office Suite.\nOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills.\nFamiliarity with CRM or ERP platforms is beneficial.\nExperience with ticketing systems is desirable.Randstad Financial & Professional encourage applications from individuals of all ages & backgrounds.
