MTS Suction Systems UK Ltd are contracted partners with Mammoth Equipment Limited and a direct subsidiary of MTS GmbH supplying and servicing the market leading safe excavation Suction Equipment into the same market. Duties and responsibilities
* Ability to grow sales through all mediums
* Increase income and profit in line with the company’s growth targets
* Develop and implement business plans
* Market research to identify and penetrate new business opportunities
* Think strategically, setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business
* Devise sales campaigns and create a sales pipeline
* Carry out sales forecasts and analysis to present findings to senior management / directors
* Regular face to face and telephone contact with customers
* Have a complete understanding of all the business products and services to confidently advise new and existing clients
* Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Ireland as required
Candidate’s credentials
* Proven experience of external engagement and negotiations with businesses
* Experience in large plant and equipment sales or HGV sales
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral with the ability to confidently present to a variety of audiences
* Has worked effectively with various teams building relationships internally and externally
* Positive team player who has established and grown colleague and client relationships
* Thinks strategically with the ability to manage issues
* Confident and professional personal interactions
* Establish and maintain good working relationships across all levels, negotiating and influencing where appropriate
Experience / Qualifications
Ideally educated to degree level (0r equivalent. Relevant experience in similar or related business development roles
