The Vacancy
Job Title: Refrigeration Cleaning Team Leader (Case Maintenance Team Leader)
Location: Bangor, Northern Ireland
Working Hours: 45 Hours Per Week (4 Nights, Mon - Thur)
As a Case Cleaning Team Leader in a supermarket setting, you manage a team of technicians responsible for dismantling, cleaning, and reassembling refrigeration units. You provide training on correct procedures, ensure safe use of chemicals, and oversee stock removal and replacement. It's your job to coordinate tasks, maintain high standards, and ensure all work follows health, safety, and store guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Demerchandising & remerchandising of the refrigeration units.
2. Manage and supervise the Case Maintenance Technician team.
3. To ensure refrigeration case maintenance schedules are completed within agreed timescales.
4. To work in a manner to support the achievement of company KPIs.
5. To create remedial reports for each PPM and notify the Ops Lead of tasks for action.
6. Work with company and customer colleagues to ensure that laid-down standards of quality are maintained at all times.
Qualifications / Experience:
7. Experience cleaning or maintenance in the retail industry is essential.
8. Prior experience supervising small teams is essential.
9. Full driving license is essential.

10. Willingness to work night shifts (Essential)
11. Speed efficiency whilst maintaining quality of work.
12. Degree of flexibility required. May be required to stay away from home.
13. Flexible and adaptable attitude to job role.
