Music Teacher

The school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join their team ASAP on a full-time, long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to teach in a progressive environment that values innovation, creativity, and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Music lessons to students at Key Stage 3 and 4
* Plan and teach engaging, dynamic lessons.
* Provide effective, constructive feedback to aid student progress
* Contribute to curriculum development and share new ideas and strategies
* Encourage participation in enrichment activities like writing clubs and competitions
* Be an active member of the school community, promoting its positive values
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (preferred)
* Experience teaching Music at the secondary level
* A creative and learner-centered teaching approach
* Confident classroom management and a proactive attitude
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
