As an Assembler you’ll be involved in assembling connectors and electronic products, improving production processes, and maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. Assembler responsibilities: * Assemble and test connectors and electro-mechanical products. * Lead technical assembly activities and support production output. * Create and maintain clear build instructions, work routings, and process documentation. * Support new product builds and ensure consistent quality through standardised work practices. * Train and support other team members on safe and correct assembly processes. * Carry out preventative maintenance on production equipment and keep service records up to date. * Assist with label creation, printing, and basic IT tasks. * Support inspection activities for goods in and customer orders when required. * Maintain a safe, tidy, and organised work environment.
