Job Description Job Title: Stewarding, Hospitality and Retail Learning Coach / 12-month FTC, potentially permanent Location: North West / Working across various sites of Manchester Salary: £27,583 plus Car Allowance: £3,750 Job Purpose To deliver Adult Education vocational programmes in line with customer requirements, quality standards and agreed targets. The role focuses on managing a caseload of learners and ensuring they experience a high-quality learning programme that supports achievement, progression and sustained outcomes. This includes using a range of effective learning methods, coaching and mentoring approaches to deliver consistently good or better outcomes.
