We are recruiting an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to provide secretarial support to a friendly team of lawyers. You will be part of the Regulatory department and PA Hub meaning you will have the opportunity to collaborate with likeminded individuals. Joining a supportive and friendly team that values collaboration, you will have the opportunity to identify efficiencies and share best practices within the wider PA Hub. This role will suit a highly organised and proactive individual who is experienced in reading between the lines of a task and providing that extra layer of support. You will already be living and breathing a secretarial or PA role so you’ll already have a good idea of what this opportunity will entail. You will report into the PA manager who will guide and support you to succeed in your role and beyond. What you'll be doing as a PA: Diary management of fee earners' diaries, coordinating schedules and arranging meetings. Planning and making travel arrangements, ensuring the relevant parties have the correct information needed for the booking. File management including the opening, closing and archiving files. Assisting with onboarding clients including preparing matter letters and ensuring AML and KYC requirements are met. Managing the teams billing process into the task list. Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email. Typing and general word processing, including audio and copy typing. What we are looking for: Experience of working within a similar secretarial position with good working knowledge of secretarial and office procedures. Legal secretarial experience would be an advantage. PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work confidentially and on highly confidential matters; respecting and maintaining the confidentiality of all information relating to Walker Morris and clients' matters.
