SITE SECURITY MANAGER
Location: Onsite 5 days per week in Addlestone, Surrey (KT15 3NB)
Hours: 40 hrs per week

Join a leading facilities management provider supporting a high-profile UK Government client within a Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) environment.
This is a rare opportunity to lead security operations across a large, complex site, where professionalism, operational precision, and high standards are essential.
The Role
As Site Security Manager, you will lead and coordinate a dedicated on-site security team, overseeing operations across 150 buildings on a 160-acre campus.
You’ll play a key role in managing risks, driving performance, and fostering a strong security culture. This role is ideal for a confident, experienced security leader seeking challenge, visibility, and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage access control and CCTV systems across the full estate
* Oversee iTime and RSA systems, ensuring schedule accuracy and audit compliance
* Assist with rota management, pay queries, and day-to-day team coordination
* Lead on incident response and manage risks or threats as they arise
* Deliver training sessions, including Toolbox Talks, and promote staff development
* Maintain and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Champion a strong, site-wide security culture and ensure consistent best practices
About You
* Proven Security Manager experience
* In-depth understanding of security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarms
* Skilled in people management - leadership, coaching and incident handling
* Confident with online rostering, scheduling, and staff resource planning
* Excellent written skills for preparing reports and creating/updating SOPs
* Current SIA frontline licence holder
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and experienced with sensitive/confidential data
* Able to achieve SC Clearance: SC Clearance - Eligibility Criteria
