Bulwell St Mary’s Church of England Primary & Nursery School is seeking to appoint a Level 3 School Administrative Officer to support the Operations Manager in providing administrative, financial, and organizational support within the school, and to assist with planning and developing support services.

We invite motivated individuals to join our dedicated team. The role includes operating the school's financial systems and procedures according to statutory and school policies, assisting with budget management, and processing invoices for the School Management Team.
You will:
* Have general office or similar experience
* Experience in financial/cash handling
* Be capable of routine and complex financial calculations
* Interpret data and present it clearly to senior staff
* Be accurate and proud of your work
* Work well in a team
* Be literate and numerate
* Have excellent communication skills with children and adults
