Business Development Manager | Cartons | UK – Hybrid | Up to £58k plus bonus and commission

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing a portfolio of existing account and developing business around this
* Working strategically, developing new business within premiums, food and beverage, sports, nutrition and alcohol markets
* Providing forecasting, budgeting and reporting
* Being a key part of new product development and product launches
* Attending client visits, building long lasting relationships with key decision makers
Key attributes required:
* Background working in the packaging industry within either the carton and corrugated industry, or flexible packaging, plastic or glass packaging
* Recent experience managing multi million pound portfolios
* Cultivating relationships skills, the ability to understand client needs, and ensuring their satisfaction
* Proven track record of developing new business
* Communication skills, ability to work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams
