The role Primary ECT responsibilities:
Starting as a Primary ECT in September on a permanent contract
Leading a KS2 class and taking full responsibility for learning and progress
Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons across the curriculum

Monitoring progress and adapting teaching for EAL and SEN pupils
