At Hunters Lodge, the established and friendly staffing team support 12 Service Users who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health, autism and epilepsy.
The Service Users at Hunters Lodge are very active; they enjoy going to the cinema, theatre, attending football matches, going for meals out and much more... When in the service, they enjoy socialising together in their fantastic garden, arts and crafts, music sessions, magnetic darts, aromatherapy sessions, table top games and sometime simply just relaxing in their communal lounge!
SUPPORT WORKER - Must hold a D1 License & Drive Manual
Driver required to support service users on appointments, day trips etc using the service vehicle
£35 hours per week (inc weekends and bank holidays )
28 days inclusive of bank holidays

* Responsible for driving Service Users to various activities, day centres and appointments.
Diploma in Health and Social Care NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent or be willing to work towards one.
Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and/or mental health issues.
The confidence to work alone or as part of a team.
The passion to work with vulnerable adults
The desire and commitment to achieve high standards of safeguarding.
