Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in the accounting system. Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting. Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to address queries. Support the accounting team with audits and compliance requirements. Monitor and manage the accounts payable inbox efficiently. Identify opportunities for process improvements within accounts payable.Profile A successful Accounts Payable should have: Relevant experience in accounts payable or a similar role in accounting & finance. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000 per year.
