Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and interpret customer behavior using Python, R, and robust data platforms to support strategic initiatives.
* Build predictive models to forecast churn, identify upsell opportunities, and assess customer health.
* Deliver insights through clear storytelling and dynamic visualizations that empower Customer Success and other key teams.
* Drive experimentation through A/B testing and machine learning to optimize the customer journey.
* Improve data quality and visibility by supporting system integration, ensuring data accuracy, and evolving performance dashboards.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience using Python and R for data science and analytics.
* A strong track record of turning customer data into actionable strategy.
* Skilled in communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to lead and influence across teams.
