Key Responsibilities
The Hospitality Host is a key member of the clubhouse team with the following responsibilities:
* Provide excellent hospitality to all guests
* Maintain a positive, customer-focused service attitude
* Develop product knowledge to offer a memorable guest experience through professional, friendly, and courteous service
* Engage with all guests as a hospitality host, including a professional and friendly meet and greet upon entering the clubhouse
* Be an active member of our events team
* Maintain the highest standards of customer service while upholding the GetGolfing Ethos at all times
* Carry out daily clubhouse operations, including processing customer orders and event service
* Proactively work within a team to maintain all company equipment and assets
* Enjoy working within the clubhouse team to deliver an exceptional customer experience to all guests, members, and visitors

* Availability to work a rotation of peak shifts, including evenings and weekends
