Here at Southern Water, we value our commitment to supporting our staff and maintaining a positive relationship with our employees, as such we are looking to expand our People Services team.As a People Advisor working within the People Services team, you will be the first point of contact for Southern Water employees at all levels with the aim of providing HR advice and support in line within organisational policies, procedures, and legal requirements, with a focus on ER cases.You will provide a dedicated HR advisory service in relation to a range of employment and employee relations matters as first point of contact about established HR policies, procedures, and best practice, covering the areas such as Employment law, ER, TUPE, Org design,You will be a motivated and focussed individual who is comfortable with managing a high volume of case loads as well as a wide range of case types.
