This is a key role supporting the financial operations of a fast-paced and essential service within the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing supplier payments, reconciling invoices, maintaining accurate records, and supporting payment-related queries. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure all transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position plays a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting the smooth running of warehouse operations. INDMP About You You will ideally have previous experience working in an office environment and in a similar administrative or finance-focused role. You’re highly organised, with the ability to manage your time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work well under pressure. Your attention to detail is second to none, and you take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You’re confident using Office 365 applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, and are comfortable navigating digital systems to support your day-to-day responsibilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential in this role, as you’ll be working closely with colleagues across the business as well as external suppliers. You enjoy building positive working relationships and thrive as part of a collaborative team.
