Job Description
o To monitor, manage and control the WIP through different streams; Chargeable, Service, Warranty & Internal.o Liaise closely with Field Support Managers, Operations, Parts teams and engineers to update job status.o Verification of parts and engineers labour times booked to jobs.o Collaborate with Field Support Managers to ensure timely job management.o Collaborate with Finance Team to ensure high-level accuracy for timely invoicing.o Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.o Chasing 3rd party suppliers for documentation, i.e. AP Invoicing, Purchase Orders, etc.
The Successful Applicant
A successful WIP Controller should have:
3. Previous experience in a similar role
4. Strong organisational and time management skills.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft packages
6. A keen eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
7. Ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. An analytical mindset to evaluate and improve processes
