£33,500 Basic Salary (OTE £57,500 - £70,000+ Plus Company Car)
An experienced and professional Transaction Manager is required to join our winning team at Lexus Stockport to promote all aspects of the Lexus brand and its products. Primary responsibilities will be managing the F&I department with a keen focus on renewal performance and assisting the Sales Manager in the running of the sales department. This role is not only exciting but also extremely rewarding and in an environment that is fast-paced, involves negotiation with suppliers and controlling high stock volume. We are seeking an innovative, dynamic Transaction Manager who possesses energy and focus together with the drive and determination to exceed targets and excel customer service expectations. We pride ourselves in ensuring Complete Customer Satisfaction to all our customers across the whole of the RRG Group. We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to make an immediate and sustainable impact to the business with a proven track record. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day to day sales activities. You will manage and motivate the sales team at Lexus Stockport with the ability to continue to drive the Sales Department forward and exceed customer expectations. You will lead and drive the team and you must be able to demonstrate effective communication and organisation skills with the ability to provide a first-class level of customer service. In addition to this, you will thrive on achieving results and being the best in the RRG and Lexus network. This position requires a smart self-motivated individual. Applicants must be well organised, possess a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and have the desire to take the department further forward. This position would be ideal for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level and has the ambition and determination to progress beyond the Transaction Manager position and into a more senior role here at RRG in the future. Normal working hours are Monday – Friday 08:30 - 18:00 and alternate weekends off.
