About the position
As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you’ll play a key role in delivering first-class pensions administration services for a portfolio of Defined Benefit schemes. The role offers a mix of technical administration, client interaction, workflow co-ordination, and mentoring responsibilities.
* Administering Defined Benefits pension schemes in line with scheme rules and legislation.
* Calculating and processing pension benefits accurately and efficiently.
* Checking and authorising work completed by team members.
* Supporting and mentoring less experienced administrators.
* Supporting with project work and wider team initiatives.
* Providing technical support and guidance where required.
Key skills and experience required
* Good understanding of pensions legislation and scheme governance.
* Experience of performing manual calculations and checking colleagues’ work.
* Strong knowledge of pensions legislation and regulations.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
