We are looking to recruit a Car Sales Executive to sell both new and used cars at our Hyundai dealership in Peterborough.
Key Duties
You will be working in a busy sales environment, with the following forming part of your day-to-day activities:
* Following the sales process to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities for new and used cars
* Handling customer enquiries received from a wide range of sources
* Managing the customer journey from greeting through to handover, ensuring regular communication is maintained throughout the process
* Maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction
* Developing and maintaining full knowledge of all products and accessories
* Obtaining and entering all sales enquiry data into our CRM system (Contact Advantage)
* Ensuring the completion of all sales and financial paperwork accurately
* Carrying out accurate appraisals of all vehicles presented for part-exchange, using an appraisal form, documenting all features and mileage exactly. Agreeing on part exchange valuations with the Sales Management
* As you will be working as part of a team, you may be asked to undertake additional activities from time to time, so a willingness to work flexibly is important to us.
Salary, Benefits, and Working Hours
Realistic OTE of £50,000 - £55,000 per year.
Our sales team operates on a 2-week rota, where you'll work 10 days over a 14-day period, including some weekends. This schedule ensures a fair balance of working days and time off, with 4 days off every two weeks.

Who We're Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience within a retail environment. Car sales experience is not required as full training will be provided.
* The ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service that exceeds customer expectations
* Excellent communication skills across a range of channels (telephone, email, live chat, face-to-face, and video call)
* A high degree of computer literacy
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
* The ability to work as part of a team while being self-motivated
* A willingness to take a flexible approach to work
* The ability to learn new skills and knowledge quickly, and enjoy doing things in new ways
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan
* A smart, well-presented appearance
* A full, clean UK driving licence.
