SEN Teaching Assistant - EYFS
Location: Nuneaton, CV10
Weekly Pay: £460 - £500
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 3:30pm (Term Time Only)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Long-Term | Temp-to-Perm

Long Term Futures is working with a welcoming primary school in Nuneaton (CV10) to recruit a SEN EYFS Teaching Assistant. You will provide 1:1 support to a highly challenging EYFS pupil, working towards EHCP outcomes, while also supporting the class when required.
The Role
Deliver consistent 1:1 SEN support within an EYFS setting
Support learning, emotional regulation and engagement
Use clear routines, boundaries and de-escalation strategies
Assist with whole-class and small-group activities
Adapt tasks and resources to meet individual needs
Work closely with the SENDCo and class teacher

Experience supporting EYFS children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
Confidence working 1:1 with challenging behaviour
Calm, patient and resilient approach
Understanding of EHCPs (desirable)
