The Role The Fundraising and Data Administrator will provide essential administrative and operational support to the fundraising team. Key responsibilities include providing excellent stewardship to all our client supporters and serving as the primary point of contact for all enquiries via email, phone, post and in-person. Maintaining accurate records within the database will be an important part of the role. The role is varied and you will be providing support across fundraising, stewardship, finance and general data. A full job description is available on request. The Candidate This is a hands-on role and our client are looking for someone with excellent inter-personal skills as well as initiative and enthusiasm. Youll be diligent with an attention to detail and accuracy, enjoy working with data and be proactive. This role offers exposure to various aspects of fundraising within a small team environment. You would be joining the team at an exciting time as we transition to a new database to help improve systems and processes. You will have experience working in a charity or NFP organization and ideally be familiar with charity software stytems. A team player and happy to work across different areas of the charity, you will be comfortable juggling priorities and a varied workload. The Terms This role is being offered on a part-time basis of 30 hours per week. Worked over 4 or 5 days. Hybrid, you will be predominantly based in Stanmore.
