Overview
Online Parts Shop Assistant role at T H WHITE Group. Hours: Monday to Friday – 39 hours per week. Open to flexible working.
Key Duties
* Responding to customers’ orders
* Dealing with customer enquiries
* Uploading new products
* Updating stock levels
* Working with the marketing team to run online promotions
* Manage all background functions of the webshop
The Ideal Applicant
* Strong customer service skills: Ability to respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Basic technical knowledge of parts/products relevant to the shop.
* Excellent organizational skills to manage orders, inventory, and follow-ups.
* Good written and verbal communication skills for engaging with customers online.
* Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
* Strong computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office, email, and databases.
