* Analyze and solve problems effectively, read blueprints and schematics and use an array of tools and diagnostic devices to service and install electrical parts.
* Troubleshoot, program, and maintain Allen Bradley PLCs using ladder logic code
* Experience troubleshooting VFDs, soft starts, motor starters and safety circuits
* Understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatics and hydraulic control systems.
* Experience with relay based control systems troubleshooting and repairs.
* Plan layout, install, and repair wiring, electrical fixtures and control equipment such as switches, relays and circuit breaker panels, using hand tools and power tools, according to specifications.
* Applies knowledge of OSHA procedures, particularly Lockout Tag-out and electrical testing.
* Performs routine electrical maintenance on equipment and determines what maintenance plan is required to resolve issue.
* Maintain various PLC programs related to industrial equipment.

3rd shift- 10PM-6:30AM
2nd shift- 2PM -10:30PM
*** Saturday or Sunday depending on production needs – 12 hours shift ***
2nd shift- 6AM-6:00PM
3rd shift- 6:00PM-6:00AM
Training- The first 90 days of training is on 1st shift
* Must hold a valid Massachusetts State Electrician’s license.
* 4+ years Industrial Electrician experience

Compensation:

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the pay rate for this position which is:
* Starting at $46.13 per hour, plus
* 2 nd shift, shift differential of $0.40/hr.
* 3rd shift, shift differential of $0.50/hr.
In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus rate is based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
Additional Pay Incentives for This Role Include:
* Standard Overtime: 1.5x the regular hourly rate for hours worked beyond 8 per day.
* Attendance Bonus: $500 per semester for meeting company attendance requirements.
* Saturday: Time and a half (1.5x hourly rate)
