Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant (Experienced)
Location: Liverpool
Salary: Up to £31,000 p/a DOE
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day support with residential conveyancing transactions.
* Assist with file management, drafting documents, and handling client communications.
* Carry out administrative tasks including post, calls, and enquiries.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Support colleagues and contribute to the smooth running of the department.
Skills & Requirements
* At least 3 years experience in residential conveyancing.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
* Confident communicator with excellent client care skills.
* Previous experience with case management systems is desirable.
