The Role:
1. Build trusting relationships with young people and provide a safe, non-judgmental space.
2. Help young people develop life skills, confidence, and positive coping strategies.
3. Assist with goal setting, employment, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide direct support to individuals experiencing homelessness, helping them access safe housing, healthcare, and social services.
2. Work one-on-one with service users to assess their needs, develop action plans, and set achievable goals.
3. Advocate on behalf of service users, ensuring they receive the resources and support they need.
4. Offer emotional support and guidance to empower individuals to rebuild their lives.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to work empathetically with people from diverse backgrounds.
Experience in housing, social work, or mental health services is desirable but not essential.
