We are currently looking for Experienced Support Workers who want a career with an award‑winning charity that values its people and helps individuals live their best life possible.
Responsibilities
* Spend your whole shift with the person you support to make the biggest impact on their lives
* Provide 24‑hour care and housing‑related support
* Personal care, including medication and health support
* Meal preparation and assistance
* Leisure and recreational activities
* Domestic help and light housekeeping
* Support with community engagement and maintaining relationships with family and friends
* Moving and handling as required
Team & Shifts
* We offer a variety of shifts to suit individual needs; currently seeking waking staff and night shifts (e.g., 10pm–7am)

About the role and environment
Our Extra Care Services are located in the heart of the community with easy access to shops, supermarkets, and transport links. We provide care and support in purpose‑built accommodation for people aged 55 and above, focusing on independence, wellbeing, and a great quality of life. Qualifications
* Experience as a Support Worker is preferred
* Willingness to learn and develop professionally
* Ability to work as part of a team and maintain compassionate, person‑centred care
