E-Com Customer Support/Admin Assistant - Based in our Winchester Studio
We are looking for an experienced customer support colleague who can support our Team & Customers.
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated and highly organised Customer Service trained individual. You will have great previous experience supporting customers, you will be IT literate and have fantastic written and spoken communication. The ideal candidate will be a team player who has a sympathetic manner and can solve problems quickly.
You will be comfortable dealing with customers via multiple communication platforms, be able to stay positive and motivated and feedback constructively to internal departments to help to continually improve our customer offering.
Normal Office hours Monday to Friday - some Saturdays and Sundays will be required during our Xmas Peak period to be discussed at interview.
You must be able to prioritise your day well which will comprise of:
* Supporting our customers across multiple platforms/brands
* Managing Online Orders across multiple platforms
* Answering questions via telephone & email.
* Monitoring social media accounts.
* Providing quotations & checking product availability for customers.
* Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders.
* Organising Rush Orders & Courier Collections.
* Administering Refunds.
* Conduct other tasks as directed by the Studio Manager.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
