The Role As our HR Advisor, you will work closely with the HR Manager to provide a high-quality HR service across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on, varied role that covers everything from employee relations and recruitment to HR administration and system management. Key Responsibilities ✅ Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices. ✅ Oversee HR administration, including employee records, contracts, and benefits management. ✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. ✅ Support managers with employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and performance management. ✅ Maintain and update the HRIS (Bamboo HR), ensuring data accuracy and compliance. ✅ Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, and offboarding. ✅ Produce key HR reports and metrics to support decision-making. ✅ Drive process improvements to enhance HR service delivery. What We’re Looking For HR Experience: 2-5 years as an HR Advisor with experience in employee relations, policies, and end-to-end recruitment. Tech-Savvy: Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and experience with HRIS systems (preferably Bamboo HR). People-Focused: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Organised & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Compliance & Best Practice: Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
