We are currently recruiting for an experienced and organised School Administrator to join a well-established school in Dudley from September. This is a busy and varied role within a fast-paced school office, requiring someone who is confident, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities.The successful candidate must have previous experience working within a school setting and be confident using at least one of the following systems: SIMS, BROMCOM, or ARBOR.Key Responsibilities:Providing front-of-house reception support, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staffManaging incoming calls, emails, and day-to-day enquiriesUpdating and maintaining pupil records using SIMS, BROMCOM, or ARBORSupporting attendance processes, including monitoring and reportingAssisting with admissions and general data input tasksCarrying out a range of administrative duties to support the school officeAdhering to safeguarding procedures at all timesRequirements:Previous experience working in a school office environmentStrong working knowledge of SIMS, BROMCOM, or ARBOR (essential)Excellent organisational and multitasking skillsStrong communication skills with a professional mannerAbility to work effectively under pressure in a busy environmentReliable, proactive, and detail-oriented approachImportant Information:No training will be provided - applicants must be able to start and perform the role immediatelyAn Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is highly desirableCandidates without a DBS will be required to obtain and pay for their own Enhanced DBS checkAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
