Due to the growth of our service, we are looking for a Team Leader to join us, working across the already established Cambian Shap Road and our NEW PROVISION, soon to open within the local area! With an Outstanding CQC judgment. Cambian Shap Road is probably one of the best residential care homes of its type in the county. Located in the picturesque town of Kendal it provides exceptional care and support for young adults with Learning Disabilities and or challenges within the autistic spectrum. The home is a registered 4-bedroom house for young adults and they are closely supported to live as independent a life as possible and be a big part of the local community. Successful applicants for this role of Team Leader must be qualified to at least a Level 2 standard, and either hold a Level 3 Diploma or be willing to work towards this. They will be part of a large supportive care team who work holistically across Care, Therapeutic & Clinical services supporting each other’s practice to deliver specialist residential services to those with additional and complex needs, including Autism, severe learning disabilities and complex health needs.
