Business Service Manager - Technology CSC - Counter Terrorism Policing HQ
Salary: Starting at £53,459, including allowances of £2,928, with an annual increase towards a top scale of £55,103. Additional allowances include a location allowance of £1,928 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000.
Location: Birmingham
Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP) relies on high-performing individuals. As a Business Service Manager, you will manage service level agreements, operational level agreements, and underpinning contracts to ensure high-quality services supporting CTP's mission to keep the country safe. Join our team to help protect the UK.
You will work at the Customer Service Centre (CSC), providing national IT services for CTP. Your role involves collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver and monitor service levels, producing management reports, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Required experience includes ITIL service management processes such as Service Level Management, Supplier Management, Service Reporting, Change Management, and Problem Management. Technical knowledge should encompass IT hardware, Cisco and Microsoft technologies, data centre management, and monitoring and automation tools. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
