We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team to manage the receipt of customer orders and progress their completion through the order fulfilment cycle, whilst providing support to interrelated functions including Purchasing, Planning, Transport & Distribution, Commercial and Site Administration duties. What you’ll do: Receive, verify accuracy and enter customer orders, liaise with Planning and confirm delivery dates with customers, resolution of transport incidents Your customer portfolio will consist of European and English language speaking customers Manage customer enquiries, resolve queries, source and provide information Interrogate data systems and generate reports for management reporting Take ownership of your orders, monitor WIP, manifest transport collections and champion your OTIF completion Using Microsoft Excel on a daily basis, to track order progress and analyse data What you’ll bring: Fluency in English and one European Language Excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills Good secondary education or degree Experience in a Customer Service, Planning or Supply Chain area Numerate and familiar with ERP systems Export experience would be advantageous What you’ll get: The opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues, onsite 5 days per week An excellent salary, benefit offering and development opportunities A thorough and effective training experience during onboarding and beyond About Sensient: Sensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts.
