The role involves teaching Mathematics across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that develop students' confidence in numeracy, reasoning, and problem-solving. You will support pupils in preparing for GCSE Maths, ensuring strong progress and attainment across mixed-ability classes. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. Working closely with departmental colleagues, you will help ensure continuity of learning and uphold high expectations for both behaviour and academic achievement.
