JT Recruit are currently looking for a Warehouse Contract Coordinator to join our clients growing team. We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to coordinate customer deliveries and support warehouse operations. You will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring deliveries run smoothly and any issues are resolved quickly and professionally. This role is a temp to perm role working Monday to Friday, 8am-4.30pm.
Main Responsibilities
* Customer Support
* Act as the main contact for customers by phone and email.
* Process delivery requests to meet customer requirements.
* Provide updates on delivery schedules and any changes.
* Report and escalate missing items, damages, or discrepancies.
* Respond to and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Delivery Coordination
* Work with the warehouse team to ensure orders are picked and ready for dispatch.
* Confirm booking details, site access, and delivery requirements.
* Monitor deliveries and resolve any issues that arise.
* Process returns of decommissioned equipment using internal systems.
Team & Operational Support
* Support drivers with site access or delivery issues.
* Escalate operational problems to minimise service disruption.
* Keep internal systems updated with accurate delivery and contract information.
* Maintain clear records of customer communication.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in coordination, logistics, or customer service.
* Strong communication skills (phone and email).
* Proactive problem-solver with good attention to detail.
* Well organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Comfortable working under pressure.
* Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
